Arenal Hostel Resort La Fortuna, La Fortuna

I had a great day visiting the facilities even though I wasn't staying overnight. The hostel has a lovely heated outdoor pool with a swim-up bar and plenty of hammocks to lounge in, making it a fantastic place to relax. However, I did notice that some amenities were lacking, and the overall service could use some improvement. Still, for a budget option, it’s a decent choice in a lively area.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the amenities were quite appealing, especially the hot springs. However, the issues with the room quality and noise levels were quite disappointing, which affected my overall enjoyment.

I had a great time at the hostel, centrally located in La Fortuna with easy walking access to everything. The common areas are fun and spacious, but the noise level from the bar impacted my sleep. The staff is fantastic and really attentive, but the amenities could definitely use some improvement, particularly with respect to room comfort and noise control.
